Paperless office
Going "paperless" is about more than being environmentally friendly — although that is certainly important to us! As a paperless dental practice, all of your child's charts, their patient history, and other relevant information are stored in our secure computer system. This way, we are able to recall and reference important information very efficiently, resulting in less waiting time for you and less "chair time" for your child.
Dental Radiographs (X-rays)
Radiographs (X-rays) are a very important and necessary part of your child's checkup. Without them, certain dental conditions can and will be missed. In our office, digital radiographs are used. Digital radiographs are a technological advancement that results in less exposure to radiation for our patients and an almost instantaneous picture for our dentists. Unlike traditional, film-based X-rays, digital X-rays often show more detail and can be archived in our paperless system for future quicker reference and comparison. Your child will appreciate a more comfortable visit and more efficient care.
Digital Photography
Digital photography gives Dr. Meek instant images to use for cosmetic imaging or to keep on file to track your child's progress. Digital images can be saved electronically and are more efficient and easier to review than traditional photographs.
